Stop Smoking

Willpower, it seems, counts for very little when you are trying to stop smoking.

Some say that the nicotene leaves your body after about 3 days of stopping smoking and then it can take up to 2 weeks for your body to stop craving it .... but this is the physical craving, the mental craving can last a lot longer and this is where I can help you.

After an initial consultation, we will arrange a 2 hour session where I will use a mixture of therapies to re-train your mind so that you no longer have these mental cravings and you can kick the habit.

There is also the option of a further 1 hour session as a follow-up if you need it and of course I am there to support you if you need further sessions or email support.

So if you are serious about giving up smoking, contact me today and we can book in your first consultation and start the transformation to a new healthier you.
