What Is Meditation Therapy?
Meditation is a mind and body practice that has a long history of use for increasing calmness, physical relaxation, improving psychological balance, coping with stress, problems and illness and also enhancing overall health and wellbeing.

In our guided meditation session(s) I will teach you how to use this tool to help you deal with your stresses, support other work we are doing on any issues, anxieties, phobias or stress and provide you with the knowledge you need so you can use by yourself to increase your wellbeing and improve your health.

I often use Meditation as part of a wider programme but it is also a useful tool to use on it's own and by using the sessions I will share with you, you will find you are better able to cope with life's ups and downs.
