Welcome to Chris Barton Coaching Health and Wellness Retreats
We look at every aspect of your lifestyle and address the core issues, limiting beliefs and any concerns that may have been holding you back for many years.
We use a structured approach to address your individual health concerns and systematically link up your body which involves helping people effectively achieve outcomes on a 4-level approach of transformation (Emotional, Mental, Behavioral & Spiritual), as people we are all multi-dimensional.
Working on just ONE level will not bring full transformation change/results
First Level: Emotional – we have to look Holistically
The aim here is for us to make it okay for our client’s to be vulnerable
Second Level: Mental – This is about the Beliefs, Values, Habits and Stories we create.
3-5% Consciously vs 95% Unconsciously Driven
This is where a lot of negative thoughts are present

Third Level: Behavioural – “Reaction vs Responsive – we act out of Fear
Here is where we work on changing actions

Typical Day on One of our Retreats

Chris Barton will speak to each one personally before the Retreat, so that we have a clear understanding of what YOU want to achieve and what your GOALS are.

Chris uses his expertise and knowledge to tailor each day of the retreat to the needs of the group and moving you towards goals and so each day is different,

It could look something like this

  • 07:15 – Nutritional blend or health shot
  • 08:00 – Morning Meditation
  • 09:00 – Healthy Breakfast
  • 10:00 – Interactive Session – Health, Coaching Psychology or Educational Workshop
  • 11:00 – Morning Break with Healthy Snacks
  • 11:30 – ‘Personal Time’ for 1-2-1 treatments, therapies or chill-out time
  • 13:00 – Healthy Lunch
  • 13:45 – Recap on the morning session
  • 14:00 – Interactive Health, Coaching, Psychology or Educational Workshop
  • 30 – Afternoon Break
  • 16:00 – Afternoon Meditation
